Sustainable Agriculture

Located at the base of the foothills of Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains in Nelson Count, Twin Spring Farms is a 76 acre diversified farm practicing sustainable agriculture.

Our growing method includes the use of cover crops, compost, organic soil amendments, trace elements & micronutrients, while never using harmful synthetic herbicides or pesticides.

The result is some of the most delicious, nutritious and beautiful produce you can find in the local farmer's markets, grocers and restaurants in the greater Charlottesville area.

We grow year-round in high tunnels providing lettuce, greens, carrots and beets.

We are members of the Virginia Association of Biological Farming VABF.org
